Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be extended during product drops, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Every order is packed and shipped with attention to detail to ensure it arrives ready for the field.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and service selected.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alertalphaco.com with photos of the damage so we can assist.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines may also be affected by customs processing and are outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items or carriers, and we reserve the right to refuse orders with shipping destinations that are restricted or unsupported.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
If an item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, shipping times may vary.
Estimated ship windows will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
